The staff was very nice. The food was good most days. The bartenders will mix you a good strong drink, all the time. I loved that they had a bowling alley, a virtual reality lounge and a live band almost every night

Lots of activities for adults and children; there's enough to do without bombarding you so there's plenty of time to relax too. The activities folks were so great with kids... our kids (5 and 7) absolutely fell in love with Paula and Missy. Even the lifeguards who worked in the little kids water park where kind, patient and really enjoyed interacting with the kids and didn't just sit there looking bored. I did bring my kids to RIULand one day and was told that I had to sign up on the app and then after I got on the app I was told that the kids couldn't come in bathing suites (it's literally inside the little kids' waterpark) and I wasn't stopping our whole day and changing them etc. We went to the buffet every day for breakfast and dinner and both were VERY good. The waitresses were amazing and everyone loved being sung to dinner when they opened at 1830 and their goodbye song and happy birthday song... my kids are still singing the goodbye song. we stayed at the pool through lunch and they grilled jerk chicken that was AMAZING and also had rice and beans, salad, fries, plantains, mystery patties and mystery hotdogs. The beach was a HUGE disappointment. There was a ton of seaweed everywhere and the water was so cloudy it was not enjoyable and led us to go to Doctor's Cave Beach and Tropical Bliss beach to snorkel. One of those days we took a glass bottom boat cruise to a snorkel spot but the reefs are all but dead, it was really sad to see. Overall, thanks for a great week!

Location is good near the airport,entertainment was Superb, RIU fun Fit instructor Cordel is Awesome & funny, Restaurant lots of choices late Breakfast is Available kuddos to AbbiGay the waitress we always have, Awesome lady she remember what we drink for late breakfast. Love the Neon Party kuddos to Prince who did my Face Painting. Always looking forward for their Entertainment's & Show every night. Great place for Vacation ♥️

I enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle. ( the walk to the shuttle was short .However, guest would find wheelchair accessibility a plus.

We stayed in a beachfront unit. We loved the privacy. One of the best Jamaican stays we've had.
