「We arrived at the property with our children at the agreed check-in time but were unable to access the accommodation. We repeatedly tried to contact the host by phone and through the booking platform, but received no practical assistance or access instructions. After waiting for several hours, we had to leave because we could not enter the property. The host did not resolve the situation afterwards. We cannot recommend this accommodation. We are unable to comment on the apartment’s condition...

「Lovely apartment in a good location away from the really busy part of Salou. Apartment was very clean, nice kitchen area and bathroom. Pool area and gardens were beautiful, well maintained and always had sun loungers available at any time of the day. Highly recommend these apartments.」

「For the price we paid, it is fair for limited services. The bath tub was good, however, after one bath, there was not enough hot water for others to shower...and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night.」

Tardaron mucho en responder los correos, casi nunca contestaban el teléfono y las instrucciones de la caja de llaves eran muy confusas. Hay varias en el mismo sitio y solo indican que busques “la negra”. Si tienes suerte, el personal de seguridad puede ayudarte; en mi caso no fue así. Dejo este comentario porque, con todo el lío del check-in, pensé que el apartamento también...

「Clean room, lots of space, very helpful staff」

「We stayed at Ona Suites for 9 nights in a one bed apartment. Apartment was exactly what we needed with clean decent size rooms, a good kitchenette and a massive balcony. We didn't cook anything as mainly had dinner out or got uber eats delivery but it was useful for breakfast and some lunches when we were still on property. Pool is nice but the sun lounger setup is a bit weird at first as most people are just lying on their towels on the hard ground. Discovered it was only €1.50 a day...
