「there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges」

「We came in March. Bright quiet spacious suite for 4 people. Kitchen well stocked with tableware, cooking utensils and tea. Phone number on front door to contact management in case arrival information didn’t get through during your travels. I loved the decor and nearby market. Friendly vendors advised on appropriate outings. 」

「Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The only drawback is the location—it is not walkable into town and there are no dinner options that don’t require a taxi or uber ride. When requesting a mountain view, ask for a higher floor as the lower floors have mainly views of the neighboring villas with mountains peeping through. Overall nice stay!」

「The front desk is very friendly and the dining experience (dinner) is awesome. After a whole-day hiking, it was great to relax yourself using their jacuzzi downstairs. They also have a swimming pool and a sauna room. I enjoyed my time there.」
