「Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can...

「Really like the garden suite! Impeccable service. Very welcoming. Staff are very kind. Highly recommended for a romantic stay!」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「We like this hotel very much.To choose right and good hotel would enhance travel expenses.we feel the hotel's staff knows what you need and serve more than you expect. Try your best to stay with them. You wound get what you expect.」

「It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again.」

「Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...
