「Very rural location which meant we were very aware of the noise of village dogs during the night. It is an 8 minute tuktuk ride from the Dambulla bus stand, but only a 600 metre walk to the access to the Dambulla Cave Temples. The bathroom was tired and could do with a significant refresh.」

「We stayed Moi Dambulla for 3 days. It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Its also really close to the Golden temple and can get to Sigirya easily. The staff members were excellent and went above and beyond. The place is very clean, I wasn’t keeping well on the day of checkout and the staff very kindly let us checkout late because of me. They also cooked us meals. Erande, the manager I believe and the staff were really great, we definitely recommend the stay. 」

「Het is een aangenaam verblijf maar kamer zat vol muggen al zat er een anti mug plug in. Geen enkele kapstok of kast om kledij op te hangen. Van 7u s morgens tot 22u jazz muziek is te veel. Geen keuze gehad tussen Europees ontbijt of Sri likaans. Brits ontbijt gekregen,is een afknapper,brood is droog en ongeroosterd..」

「Poooooor shower water at 11am after we finished Lion Rock climbing and covered with sweat. Told them when we checked out but the manager just smile easily with "so sry" and then charged me 200 rupee for a bottle of water. And their wifi is soooooo bad. Loaction is not good in Sigiria, tuktuk is the only solution. I recommend to stay closer to the rock. 」

「We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay...

「When we arrived to the hotel lobby we started feeling something in our throat, same thing inside the room we started coughing and needed to open the windows. We did ask if they used chemical products and they say no. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room basic but clean. No tv. Bad quality mattress doing a lot of noise when using. Breakfast basic.」
