Business trip in Pontivy

We were in Pontivy on Business. Checkin was seamless. As someone who is a light Sleeper I thought that our room near the lift would keep me awake, but it did not. The Black out Curtain is a great which helped me sleep. Ok There's no Coffee/Tea Maker but that wasn't a issue. There's a restaurant attached where we at twice, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was plentiful. THe Staff we excellent, Especially Paschal.

Un excellent hôtel très bien placé et facile pour se garer et un personnel à l'écoute des clients. Par contre le Courtepaille n'est pas très accueillant si vous n'avez pas réservé, pas d'effort pour trouver deux places .

Hôtel ibis en ZAC, la partie accueil et restauration est moderne et très agréable. Les chambres sont dans le standard habituel ibis styles par contre la salle de bain en cabine un peu décevant

Incompetent reception, I lost 193,88€

They charged my cc before I was there and charged by mistake three times. So I paid three times. After leaving the receptionist acted to refund me, but it resulted in one more debit. Hugely disappointed and one week later I'm still waiting for my money back.

Bon séjour calme et confortable

Séjour parfait avec mon fils. Hôtel calme et bien tenu. Attention aux clients qui prennent un petit déjeuner sans le déclarer! Les gens ne sont pas toujours honnêtes comme nous l avons été. Si besoin il y a, je reviendrai dans cet établissement.

Séjour

Le séjour c'est très bien passé, le personnel sympa. Par contre le restaurant Courtepaille au niveau propreté ce n'est le top le matin on retrouve des serviettes de table de l'aveil avec des miettes et autres😩. Dans la chambre il manque une prise il n'y a qu'une prise quand il y a 2 personnes c'est compliqué, dommage.
