「not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish...

「This is a unique, charming apartment featuring beautiful historic stone walls. The location is perfect — less than 5 minute walk from the cathedral yet remarkably quiet at night. While the space is older and smaller than expected, it is well-equipped. The owner’s thoughtfulness shines through in the details: a towel warmer (essential for winter!), a wall-mounted hair dryer, and clever storage solutions. ​ The only drawback would be the shower — the space is tight and the doors don't quite shut...

「It is the worst hotel I had stay since I traveled. Super super super super rude service staff, bad hotel management system. We was paid by credit card when we check in, and they asked money again when we checked out because of system said we didn’t paid. Service asked receipt very fierce and made we feels really uncomfortable (the important thing is they didn’t gave us receipt at first, Fortunately, we have reserved credit card orders.）really really bad experience in my life. Not recommended...
