Great hotel and great amenities. The staff was amazing and so was the food. Unfortunately it is located in an area with little surrounding such as a supermarket, restaurants … also no phone service but a great WiFi coverage. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Other than extremely difficult and confusing arrangement of passage ways inside the hotel, our stay was very good. Fantastic bed, shower room, and view from our balcony. Excellent breakfast, easy registration and checkout added to our satisfaction. But that maze of hallways pulls our review down a notch.

What a little gem this place is, a perfect little find, the location is absolutely stunning, there are loads of pools to choose from and the breakfast is fantastic. Rooms were spacious with great views, beds were very comfortable and the family space had 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. Staff are friendly and accomodating. We went a bit out of season so not much to do outside of hotel, but a top space to just relax and wind down. There are some lovely little local restaurants but be mindful you will need a car to get around as this hotel is very remote. Only one more tip, bring an iron as there was none in the room and the wash/ironing service is costly. I would return in a heartbeat, loved it 😍

I liked the fact that out of 108 rooms, we were the only guests. Rooms were tired and dark. Stair wells are dark with no lighting and lifts not working. Could be such a nice hotel. Dont be fooled by the photos!

As piscinas são sem dúvida o aspeto mais positivo. A simpatia do stand também. Acho que precisam cuidar mais do espaço, na varanda do quarto tinha os azulejos soltos. O frigorífico não estava bem higienizado e tinha uma bebida fora de validade. O spa deixou a desejar. Sendo que o jacuzzi estava avariado, e não havia ninguém para auxiliar no manuseamento das restantes ofertas. Por último e o pior foi nos terem cobrado por um serviço que não nos foi prestado. No caso taxa de animal de estimação. Na realidade levamos a nossa cadelinha mas não foi atribuído nenhum serviço referente a estadia dela. Também a ausência de uma satisfação. Sendo que teve que ser a menina da receção (por sinal muito simpática) a nos responder a questões que nem ela sabia. Confesso que fiquei um pouco desiludida.

Excelente sítio para se relaxar Para um hotel de 5* acho que o exterior está um pouco degradado. O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso mas, certas coisas podiam melhorar, por exemplo, os ovos mexidos, para além de estarem muito saborosos, estavam extremamente líquidos (nos dois dias que lá estive), as panquecas eram industriais e não caseiras e achei que havia pouca variedade de frutas disponível. De resto, tudo maravilhoso. As piscinas óptimas, todo o staff muito atencioso e simpático, o quarto também muito bom. Do quarto só tenho a apontar a pouco luz natural, por ser um quarto deluxe, a vista não é deslumbrante

Umas mini-férias....... banais.

Tinha grandes expectativas e à uns anos ouvi falar muito bem deste hotel, mas ultimamente já me contaram que estava fraco, mas mesmo assim quis ver para crer, e a conclusão foi decepcionante! O hotel é bonito, o quarto é espaçoso e ao nível do conforto é bom no geral, e gostei particularmente do blackout, que isola mesmo a luz exterior o que permite um bom descanso. Falando do que não gostei, a comida! O pequeno-almoço é pouco variado e com qualidade questionável, o jantar no restaurante tem muito pouca disponibilidade de horários e apenas chega a ocupar umas seis mesas. mais uma vez a oferta é muito limitada e para o que custa a qualidade é fraca. Os bares de apoio, dão muito pouco apoio, onde esperamos mais de 20m por uma bebida no bar da piscina e no bar interior uma refeição (hamburgueres e sandes), demora nunca menos de uma hora e meia. Por todo o hotel nota-se falta de pessoal, onde por exemplo nunca estive num sítio com tantas mosca na zona das piscinas, e porquê? crei que por falta de limpeza... Resumindo, trata-se de um hotel muito caro para a experiência obtida, onde há poucos funcionários e os que há, são estagiários.

A estadia correu muito bem o hotel é maravilhoso. É um hotel enorme cheio de piscinas.O ponto negativo é só em relação a comida no bar da piscina ,não há muitas opções no bar da piscina os preços são muito elevados para o tipo de comida que servem. Em aredores há poucas opções de bons restaurantes para se jantar ou almoçar, e no restaurante do hotel os preços são muito elevados para quem vai para uma estadia de alguns dias.

Foi uma estadia agradável, o hotel é confortável, os funcionários 5*, respondendo a todas as solicitações, com bastantes piscinas, no entanto é de lamentar que tenhamos de vir ao exterior para aceder à piscina interior e que ao marcar mais de 1 quarto nos tenham colocado afastados quando ate o check-in foi feito em conjunto, bem como a demora no atendimento do bar à noite.

O hotel é perfeito para uns dias com crianças tem várias piscinas, uma vista linda e staff super simpático. Pontos negativos: A deslocação dentro do hotel não é fácil, falta de pessoal no Loby que me fez esperar 40 minutos por duas sandes e estar perante um cenário de terrível de loiça suja por todo o lado por ultimo os waffles em processo de descongelação no buffet do pequeno almoço inadmissível para os preços praticados.
