"Wow…great place with super friendly staff. I needed an early check in and they made it happen. I needed an international adapter for my new iPhone and they had one for sale at front desk. Lastly the rooftop lounge and pool is amazing and the views are world class!!!! Thanks!"

"We had a stop over in Florence and truly enjoyed our stay! From start to finish the staff was extremely helpful and the room was exceptionally bigger than we anticipated. Location was perfect! The hotel was close to all the major sights. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
