「What an amazing property. This hotel was one of my favorites throughout our family trip of 10 days around Portugal and Madeira. We were given a suite with pool and ocean view. The rooms were spotless clean, comfortable beds with fluffy pillows. One of the best breakfast buffets we have experienced. The staff was very friendly and professional. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our 7night stay at The Residence (30/8/25-5/9/25) and would definitely recommend. 「Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Man sollte allerdings eine lange Hose tragen,da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang keine Fernsehverbindung und auch kein WiFi auf dem Zimmer was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Auch ein mehrmaliges Auffordern hat nichts gebracht. 「A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. 「Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.
