Livramento is a small town so very quiet and easy to find parking. However, you may need to rent a car if you choose to stay here.
Price is reasonable.
Rooms size OK, beds OK, and water pressure of shower was stable. Facility was good - shared dining room and 3 x washer machines (4 but 1 was broken).
A market is within walkable distance for breakfast and food/water.
Cleanliness 3 stars - the rooms were clean. However, there were insects inside the apartment, and this annoyed couple of my roommates.
No air condition in the apartment so it's all about luck during summertime. We stayed 4 nights, one night was warm/hot and rest three nights were OK.

We had a wonderful stay at Livramento Residence. The place is very comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our trip in the best way possible. The 24/7 video surveillance is quite strict — one evening we were reminded of the rules because my boyfriend was in the common areas without a shirt. That was entirely our mistake; we didn’t mean to make anyone uncomfortable. Continuous monitoring is a small price to pay for the sense of safety and peace the property provides.
Despite this, we truly had a great experience and when we return to the beautiful Azores, we hope to stay here again. The residence offers many services, even from the time of booking: they provide helpful tips on tours and itineraries, and they also rent cars, which is incredibly convenient.

Es un apartamento muy amplio con habitación, cocina, salón y baño. También dispone de zonas comunes con cocina y zona de lavadoras. Todo está muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones para pasar unos días. Tiene unas 5 plazas de aparcamiento. El dueño es muy majo, te aconseja sobre los mejores lugares de la isla y te da un mapa con todos los puntos de interés. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Les nombreux conseils de Paulo dès notre arrivée nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour et d’en prendre plein les yeux. La chambre est très confortable et les espaces communs très propres et très pratiques.
