"Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? "Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."
