Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We stayed in the family room with three beds. While the room wasn’t bad, the bathroom was not clean when we checked in. There were shaving hairs on the tiles in the room by the sink… The most important issue was that the overhead shower nozzle holder was missing and the shower itself didn’t close properly. These made taking a proper shower impossible. The room was not made up at all during a three night stay, nor was there any mention of whether it would be or not. No garbage removal. There was no Do Not Disturb sign, and thus on the last morning a cleaning person just unlocked and opened our door, without knocking! This hotel is decent but be warned it has maintenance issues, along with some cleanliness and service concerns. A more professional approach could make this hotel much, much better and it’s hard to understand what are clearly management issues in not making it so.
