「room is clean 」

「The chalet style bungalows are basic but clean and perfect for a short break. The rooms have ac and the pool is small but ok to cool off in. Staff are friendly. No breakfast included but a small coffee shop is just outside. There are a couple of nice restaurants in walking distance. The lake opposite has a walking/Cycling track.」

「Good location，room is clean and the view is good」

「好」

「Terrible soundproofing and a complete lack of security at night. At 2 AM, someone was violently banging on the door and screaming for half an hour. The front desk completely ignored the situation and never came to help, making it impossible to get any sleep. To make matters worse, I messaged customer service and have been ignored for two days. An absolutely awful experience!」
