Stay was good. Room was clean. Only complaint I have is when we arrived they did not have the 2 queen beds that we had booked months in advance. They gave us a king with sofa bed. Was not happy about that but we had to make it work bc hotel was booked. Idk how they gave our room to someone else when we had booked months ago.

Amazing hotel

We first went to la Quinta and had a horrible experience so we decided to pay the extra money and stay here. This was the best hotel in Ponca city, in my opinion. It was clean, comfortable, nice staff, and the pool was nice as well. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel was really very nice. Friendly staff and the room was excellent. Free breakfast was very good also. My only complaint was access to the hotel itself. Off a busy street, but set back (although that adds to it being quiet) the entrance is hard to see.

The indoor pool has an access ramp for handicap… my child is not handicapped but she took FULL advantage of this opportunity.. was perfect for my three year old and with the pool only being 1.5 feet deep in the front she had a blast!!! We swam 5 hours Christmas Day !! The pool, and pool dorm was spotless clean and full of all our needs!! It was a blast!! Breakfast was perfect Rooms are perfect! great place to stay !! …. Excellent accommodation.

Friendly checkin. Informative and easy. Halls clean, breakfast area well kept, clean, well adorned, offerings tasty and well organized. Stocked and very clean. I appreciate the standing shower instead of tub! Room was clean and well lit. Outlets and charging inputs integrated into the furniture hiding cords made it very clean and easy to access. Climate easily controlled. Pillow offerings met our needs. Nice to have a fridge and microwave inroom.

The young lady that checked me in was friendly and professional. She handled numerous check-ins during a computer glitch without showing a bit of frustration. We were in town for motocross races so the hotel was booked and very busy. The breakfast was kept well supplied every morning and it was nice not to have to worry about going elsewhere to eat. No complaints whatsoever!

Our 1st room, the TV wouldn’t get news stations so we asked the front desk to send someone from service to correct the problem. We were told someone would fix the problem while we were at dinner. Upon our return the problem was not solved. Also, the room was so dirty we requested a new room. Once our room was changed, we discovered once again, the TV would not give any news selections. The next morning we were told none of the rooms had news channels. The front desk told us they were in negotiations with their carriers to have them in the future. Our new room was also dirty to the point our bare feet appeared dark after walking on the carpet. Throughout this whole stay, the staff seemed to tell their guests anything needed to satisfy the moment. As we were leaving on Sunday morning, there was a line at the front desk of guests complaining about their rooms and service. There is a Holiday Inn next door. I would suggest you stay there.
