"Don’t ever stay here. When I first arrived my room smelled like strong weed. I went back to the front desk to get another room because no way was my family and I staying in there. The second room had a huge rip in the ceiling where the paint was peeling badly, the shower was clogged, and so was the toilet. We back to the front desk to let them know and they advised they have no maintenance staff so there was nothing they could do beside give us another room. Now going on our third room, we inspect the beds before even laying in them (we do this for every room we went to) and we find bed bugs! I too a picture of it and immediately went back to the front desk frustrated and angry at this point. When I showed the front desk the picture it was as if they know they have bed bugs and don’t care, they weren’t even phased by what they saw and didn’t even apologize. They simply offered another room. After seeing that there was no way my family and I was staying there. I demanded a refund and they kept denying me since I booked through Expedia. Once I contacted Expedia directly they were more than helpful to help me out. They even told me they weren’t the ones to provide me a refund it was the hotel so they had to contact them directly but at the end, Expedia was able to get my money back. The worst hotel ever! "
