"We had a ground floor room overlooking the pool. Had a lovely covered patio too. We have been here twice and so happy with the place again. It’s an older facility but kept up very nicely. Will be back again! "

"Not very happy with stay. First, staff upon arrival weren't very professional or friendly and seemed pretty disorganized. Throughout the entire trip one of the two elevators was down with multiple occasions of guests being trapped on a stuck elevator. The other working elevator didn't list the floor level because the reader was not working. Ocean view was a partial view. Upon checking out was erroneously charged every day for a valet charge that had to be disputed. I was refunded but very inconvenient when trying to checkout early to get to the airport. Pool attendees and Tikki bartender awesome but otherwise it was a hit or miss to get a friendly staff. Will definitely not stay there again."

"Is my second time here and I plan to come back, the view is amazing, the pool waiter is fantastic, you can get everything inside the hotel (food, drinks), no need to leave the premises, last day you can still use the pool and beach until you want to go home…"

"Our door didnt work properly, hard to open. Lots of mosquitoes by the tikki bar. Birds pooping on outdoor furniture, one pooped on my niece. Dead bird in the pond, raccoon poop on sidewalk "

"Perfect place for a personal retreat. Quiet beach, beautiful scenery and in good distance from key shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back."

"It starts when you first pull up. The address leads you to a gate you cannot access. You hit the button and get told you need to back out and go around the block to the other side. The guests behind you have to back up as well since there is no turn around for you to get to the other gate. If you don’t see the guard gate when you arrive do not pull up Not all rooms have washer and dryer. The “ resort” will not change your bed sheets unless you are there more than 14 days. You can request new towels. They will be delivered in a big clear trash bag and left on the floor and the dirty towels will be left in your room. They no longer have a mixer in your room and they have only one glass measuring cup. There are minimal pots and only 3 glass bowls which you would need for both preparing and storing so you cannot do both. Only 8 dishes for a room that sleeps 6 so plan on running the dishwashe a lot. Do not get me started on the pizza cutter, and hand held can opener. They would have done better purchasing from the Dollar Store. It has gotten so bad that the toilet paper rolls are no longer replaced when a guest leaves so you start with a roll that has maybe 10 sheets left to it. Nothing says relaxing vacation like changing your toilet paper the moment you arrive. Elevators are always out of order so they had us use the service elevator. You walk past piled up garbage to get to and from your room. The rooms have carpet but no vacuum to use only a carpet sweeper"
