「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」

「It's a very good hotel. I have nothing can be complained. Room is clean, wifi is good, especially, the attendants are great! Bus stop is near. You can take bus 7E to get to Venece. Besides, the elevator is avaliable. The ice cream shop and cafe just take 2 mins by walking.」

「Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was.
