Very comfortable suite in Poltava

Our room was a two room suite that had been recently renovated and was very nice. It was close to a main road so it is a short bus ride to the sights but taxis are really inexpensive. We liked it. Poltava has some beautiful sights.

Older Hotel but still Nice

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city so it would be necessary to take a taxi to go to the city center. The hotel has large rooms, a large refrigerator, a portable water appliance, a separate and fairly large bedroom and plenty of space for storage. One problem I encountered is that the light switch to the bathroom can be hidden by the stand where coats are hung. I didn't notice that until I removed my coat one day. Another problem I had is that there are refreshments in the refrigerator such as candy bars, soft drinks and some alcoholic beverages. I thought these were complimentary items but later learned that they are considered part of a mini-bar which you have to pay for when you leave. There is also a very nice restaurant which has very pleasant and efficient staff.

Hotel with bad wifi and no workspace in the room

Reception and service was good. But the room needed a table for working with PC. AND the wifi did not work properly.
