"Nice staff, good pool facilities. A bit dated on the dining and bedroom facilities but well maintained. Location is a beautiful view and easy access to beaches and about a 15minute Mediterranean walk to restaurants. Two issues need addressing: 1) poor wifi that is throttled and denies streaming 2) gym was mediocre and did not have any ventilation…but I was happy to have it! "

"Not a bad place to stay for a few nights "

"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Food from the restaurant was delicious. The games could use some maintenance but the kids didn't notice and loved everything and wanted to stay longer. "

"We spent a wonderful weekend at EL Violin Experiecia, and we are sure we will be returning for longer stay! The hotel has only 3 rooms, therefore ensuring private, calm and relaxing experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property has a pool with sun loungers, and several private locations in the garden to enjoy atmospheric dinner. "The property is very basic, but clean. It is in a noisy location where there is a lot of noise from the street late at night. In the room you can hear every time someone else in the hotel flushes the toilet or walks around throughout the night, endless noise and we didn’t sleep very much. Having said all that, it was only £37 a night! What do you expect for that price. Overall it served a purpose for 1 night, but we would not return."

"Dominoc and Krista are the owners of this beautiful home up in the valley of Valle de Los Pinos.....30minute drive to Granada. The scenery if beatiful, you most croos over a dam and lake to get to this city. Its lovely drive up...the home is very clean, nice and welcoming. Has 3 or four levels....our room was located on 2nd floor...then therw is a small terrace on 3rd....and full terrace balcony on 4th. Also has jacuzzi on main floor patio. Breakfast was great and plantiful. The host are great and very willing to give out information around points of intrest. My wife and I are from Costa Rica and live in Houston. Highly recommend this great place!"

"We stayed for 5 nights on half board for a walking holiday. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and, in particular, the swimming pool in the early evening. The reception staff were highly professional and the restaurant staff were friendly. The evening menu only changes once a week which meant some repetition in our actual selections of food."

"The property was a little tricky to find. It needs a satnav for sure, as it is set back off a busy road. At first it takes you to the banquet, conference rooms, which we're totally empty & eerily quiet upon arrival. The hotel is off to the right of this. The hotel itself is overlooking the sea & my room had great sea views. The pool area is nice too. In places it looks a little tired but the room was nice, bed comfortable & area very peaceful. I would stay again"
