「Rooms are very small not even a place to keep dustbin. No Geyser working in the toilet .they do not change bedsheets regularly. Plates were not hygienic. Drinking water was not provided in the room.」

「Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom.
