「The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! 」

「Perfect ski-in/ski-out location. Although the hotel is a bit worn down, the friendly, service-minded staff and the very clean rooms more than compensate. There is a frequent free local shuttle bus right outside, or you can easily take an Uber to and from Courchevel centre.」

「Het appartement is een prive verblijf binnen een groot app.complex. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privé beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven …dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geïmproviseerd 」

「Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

「No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!」

「3ème séjour dans cet hôtel , cette fois nous avons été surclassés Personnel aux petits soins, très pro, cuisine excellente idem petit déjeuner Hôtel idéalement placé pour les activités de la journée : baignade randonnée vtt etc et qui accepte les animaux C’est certain nous reviendrons 」

「We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Portetta. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and easily sort out anything you need (from airport transfers to guides). There is a lovely spa and not just a ski room, but a ski shop (where you can rent equipment, etc.). Hotel Portetta is ski-in-ski-out, a few strides from the Courchevel Moriond gondola. The restaurant and bar are cozy and welcoming and the food is lovely. ...
