「This place exceeded all expectations. Really nice. Will be here again.」

「 We have stayed here before and we’re looking forward to our stay for the evening. When we arrived we were not informed that the hotel was under renovation. The pool and tiki bar were shut down . We did spend a few hours at the beach and they had music in the hotel lounge that evening which was nice . We were looking forward to pool time , I wish we had been made aware of the construction. I suggest anyone booking in the near future check in on the process of this . They are still charging...

「Great venue! The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was friendly and gave excellent recommendations for local places. The bar and lounge at the Sonesta was fantastic and the bartender provided friendly service and made great cocktails. 」

「I understand during the week the place is under construction, but overall the place was great and I’m a hotel snob. It was close to everything. The pool was great with lots to do around the pool. I would highly recommend.」

「This property checked all the boxes 」

「Good hotel overall. Improvements needed regarding pool. It was temporarily closed because the water had recently been treated. This should have been done before the pool opened at 9A instead of 15 minutes after it opened. It wasn’t swimmable until 9:30 which affected our morning plans. We paid $50 extra for a resort fee so it should be ready to go. Breakfast bar was only OK but the coffee was poor as was the cheap coffee provided in our room. 」

「Not fancy. A solid place to stay. Close to everything. Has all essentials. Hot showers and clean room. TV signal wasn't strong. For the money, best room I've stayed in. My opinion, room is designed for you to get out and enjoy the wonderful town of Hilton Head...」

「Walking distance to the beach and a cute shopping strip with plenty of restaurants. They're under construction but you can't hear it going on. Arthur and Rohan were very helpful and friendly. 」

「Nice pool and the room was very nice and clean. Receptionist lady of color didn’t get her name but when we checked in she had zero personality and thought I was checking into a prison. She shouldn’t be working in customer service.」

「Nice resort, easy and close beach access. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again in future. Nice and clean large pool area with convenient snack and bar area. Only complaints were little storage area and space in our condo, and no WiFi and very slow internet.」
