Breath of fresh air

From the moment I walked in I was transformed to a peaceful, beautiful white haven. The staff takes care of your every need. I felt so pampered from my wonderful shower in my room to the spa with sauna and steam and the bartenders serving us wherever we were.

I stayed there with my wife and kids for 1 week. super satisfied with the friendliness, facilities , good breakfast and dinner. any questions could be asked of staff , very nice pool bar and every day an hour right to use the SPA which was also definitely nice. highly recommended to stay there and explore Puglia from there!

Apulian comfort and care

We had a wonderful stay; best sleep ever as the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The food is very good and the pool is as lovely as it looks in the photos. It was very hot but the ac in the room worked very well. The standout is how welcoming, helpful and kind all the staff were. Would absolutely stay here again.

For us this was the perfect choice and base for visiting local places of interest. Free shuttle to polignano a mare ! Short drive to Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Monopoli and Our favorite Matera ! We loved the pool area and restaurant and the AC in the rooms was good ! Clean towels twice a day and All the staff were a pleasure and treated us very very well ! Very grateful for making our visit so memorable ! The resort is a bit out of the way but is so nicely maintained around wonderful old olive trees and farmland ! We loved it !

I raised an issue with the experience on wifi during my stay which was not great. Meant I missed a very important work call. Hotel is very tired and old. Needs refurbishment desperately. Staff were great and do a lot for you. However, small things like the hotel shuttle you’d assume it’s free but you charge €3 ! That to me is a joke. Not 5 star service. Profile on Expedia is not accurate. The hotel is a lot more tired and old in reality. For the cost of my stay it was very disappointing

Authentic Italian Charm

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel has an authentic italian charm, it was impeccably clean, providing a private and comfortable stay. The service was nothing short of amazing, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One of my favorite features was the lovely patio terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The location is also ideal, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful Polignano a Mare. I can't wait to return in the future and enjoy this wonderful hotel again!
