Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. We loved the style of the hotel and found the bed very comfy. The bathroom was very modern and everywhere was very clean. The staff were very friendly and had good tips and advice for us. They also helped us with the luggage which meant not having a lift wasn't a problem. 」
