「Too much noise because there is no soundproofing at all. I had to share a toilet with 3 other people. Every time one of them had to go to the toilet, I was woken up by the noise. When someone in the room next to mine talked on the phone, it felt like they were talking in my room because the walls seemed like they were made of paper or cardboard. It felt like I was sleeping in a shared room even though I had my own. I would not recommend "Fantastic Inn" at all if you want to get your sleep.」

「Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. 」

「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」
