"This may have been the nicest place I stayed in Nepal, but I only stayed at a couple other places, and it is 4 star at best. The place itself was nice, but for shower hot water I had to call the desk each day to get them to heat up the water. The shower actually had a shower curtain, which was a positive I learned for Nepal.

"Loved this place! Our favorite location in Pokhara. A beautiful oasis with flower gardens,
pool, fitness center, kayaking, amazing food, great service, right by the lake in the forest where you can watch the sun set while having a drink and smoking shisha. There is a quick 5-minute boat ride, which transfers you to the city in case of excursions, but I barely wanted to leave this beautiful peaceful location."

"The staff are friendly and very hospitable.
They listened to our request and did their best to fulfill it sincerely.
The view from the hotel room balcony was amazing. We manage to wake up early and saw a few icey mountain peaks.
Its walking distance to the main street where the shops are located and to Phewa Lake. We enjoyed our morning stroll along the lake and the street shopping in the evening.

"Incredible and fantastic resort. The best I’ve stayed at so far. And I’ve stayed at Marriott, Aloft and other 5 star hotels in Nepal, this is the best experience by far.
The details they put into this hotel is really top notch.
The place is beautifully maintained daily, the grass are always free of leafs and branches, the gardening job is done perfectly, and they do this everyday.
The housekeeping team is like magic, the second you left for lunch and come back, boom the room is made and it’s perfectly clean.
The service are the most incredible, I was sick for days and they gave me thermometer, electrolytes, ginger lemon honey tea, make outside of the menu soup for me and get it delivered to my room, they called the doctor for consultation, and even gave me a free ride to the hospital. And then everyone is asking “how are you, are you feeling better”. It’s really incredible, made me feel like home and truly cared for above and beyond.
Even the driver they have is amazing the car is clean, snd the way he drive is extra gentle and careful make you feel safe. You know they put in all that extra effort to add to the experience."
