「Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). 「Receptionist was downright rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming on our arrival. I have lived in Italy for two years to date and have never encountered someone so rude. The room was clean and tidy, but bore no resemblance to the room shown on the photos on Expedia. Nonetheless, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The building where the rooms are situated is very dated. The windows were very weathered and showed their age. Road outside is very busy...

「This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate! We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed. Our bedroom was sparsely furnished...

Check was straight forward and the apartment was so well positioned in terms of city centre location. The apartment was spacious and clean and quiet, just a perfect stay for a family of 4.
