「Easy check in, even though we arrived late, they answered my call andnit took me just a couple seconds to get my key. Great location with a supermarket just seconds away which is very helpful considering you also have a kitchen. After carrying my kids alll afternoon i was very pleased to find there was an airconditioning unit in the room which made the night very pleasant since it was mid june and im a hot sleeper.」

「After sightseeing in Prague this place was the perfect spot to fully rest my tired body and mind. It was an enchanting experience that made me feel like nobility. The service was friendly and the room was clean and well-kept. However, I didn’t use the pool or sauna facilities as they didn’t seem to be well-maintained.」

「A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect.」

「Not an obvious location for a business stay but I had meeting locally so through I’d try it. Set in a lovely garden it is modern but appealing. Mostly residential around it but there is a local coop for extras. Spa/sauna is an extra cost per hour but very good. A couple of little things went wrong and the team responded extremely well to fix them and ensure I had a good stay. I’d go back. 」

"這間旅舍直接令我感到今次的布拉格旅程感覺超級差。原因如下： 1.check in 安排有差別待遇，15:00 Check in前我明白唔一定可以提供到房間，但團體客同我差唔多時間到達佢哋立刻拎到房卡，而我要再等。 2.單獨女旅客要小心！房間安排唔合理，正常唔會在唔認識嘅情況下安排一個大叔同一個女人單獨兩人住一間4人房。本來體諒旅舍可能客人多做唔到更好安排，咁唯有保護好自己和大叔保持安全距離，我轉左試格床瞓。但係！第二朝本來想瞓到8點嘅我感覺小腿有點涼涼的東西在動！一打開眼見到個同房大叔摸我小腿！我完全震驚出現咁嘅情況！出去同前台反映過之後安排我轉隔籬房，原來隔籬房都係四人房，但只有一個女人住，即係有空房嘅情況之下，佢安排一諗單獨一間四人房，有冇搞錯？睇返旅舍評論，職員對房間安排唔合理唔係個別事件。 3.硬件條件方面沒有乾淨的熱飲用水提供（因為當時生病要用熱水開沖劑的關係）如果想享受泳池同桑拿的旅客要注意，旅舍位置偏遠；毛巾要另行租借€10押金及50CKZ租金，locker都要另付押金及租金。"
