"Very central location, clean and spacious rooms. Only 2 points to improve: breakfast is very simple and no towel hanger in the bathroom. Everything else is perfect."

"Twin beds are so damn small for 4 star hotel no no no "

"Great place to stay in Polanica! Will come back again!!"

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... "My husband & I love staying at Dr. Irena Eris Hotel. We truly enjoy being there."

"Was my 2nd time here and will be 3rd, 4th etc in the future. Really enjoyed. Recommend to others who have a plan to stay around Pardubice."

They say they have "cooling units" that they can put in your room, but these are no more than fans that blow hot air around. Staff was pleasant and helpful... when...
