Great location right across the street from the brewery and a few min walk from the train station. You can see the hotel sign from the station. Also, a lot of benefits: complimentary drink voucher, snacks/bottled water on exec level, breakfast included.

Great staff and very convenient and quiet hotel if you’re planning on visiting Pilsner urquell brewery. It’s a 5 mn walk from the train station and 5 mn from the brewery. The old town is also a 10-15mn walk from there.

Good hotel

Very nice hotel. Good parking and nice room. Stayed 2 nichts. First breakfast= nice girl making omelette etc. At the second breakfast nobody took care of this. But still a good breakfast.

OVER priced for what you get!!

Great hotel location next to brewery. I do believe for the lack of comforts of the room it is overpriced! You are definitely paying for locations and name. I would not stay here again for the price I paid of $225 a night without breakfast. Room small and no real comforts and AC could hardly keep up. I had to go to my car and bring up a fan. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is nice and modern with well appointed rooms. Big bathroom. It’s right by the edge of the city core but still within easy walking distance. We chose it because it was right in front of the Pilzen Urquell brewery where we had a tour booked. It is a bit overpriced. The price was within my budget when I booked it but then I realised that I had booked a double room but for single occupancy. I was very surprised because it was the 3rd hotel I booked with expedia in a row. I contacted the hotel and they said that I could pay the extra upon arrival. The final price made it the most expensive night in our 2 weeks in Czechia but without any extra amenities.

This is a property situated very close to the Centrum. A small boutique hotel, but very clean and efficient. However, on a cold European morning to start the day without a coffee was very bad.! They did not have a coffee maker in the room and flatly said we don’t give it for rooms on the third floor. Of course, we could get one at the breakfast and incidentally the breakfast had very good choices of food. Would have rated higher if only they were more considerate in moving a coffee maker to my room !!

One of our favorite places to stay when we visit Plzen. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased with the staff and facilities. Close walk to Pilsner Urquell and a nice walk to downtown. Will stay here again on our next trip!

While the online photos set high expectations, the reality was disappointing. The room felt quite dated, particularly the worn carpeting and aging furniture. Overall, the accommodations didn't reflect the modern aesthetic shown in the listing and lacked a sense of freshness.

Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel.

Close to Urquell

Nice quite business like hotel in the middle of Plsen just 5 min walk to the home of pilsener Urquell and 5-10 min walk to the historical centre. Good service in the reception. Room spacious eventhough we had an extra bed. Clean though we saw a long tailed silverfish (almost impossible to get rid of if first introduced to building) in the bathroom at arrival.

Das Beste am Hotel ist das Frühstück und die guten Zimmer und die Snackbar auf den 4. Stock und der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Negativ am Aufenthalt war, dass wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekamen und erst auf Anforderung ein gebuchtes drittes Bett aufgebaut wurde. Handtücher etc. für die dritte Person gab es nicht einmal auf mehrfache Nachfrage. Die Arbeitsqualität des Housekeeping lässt auch noch Raum für Verbesserungen in Bezug auf Sorgfalt und Arbeitsumfang.
