Really Nice place to stay.

Great price, really clean room & bathroom, quiet location comfy bed & Breakfast included in price what more can you ask for. Plus the breakfast was very good aswell, if in ever in that area for work again I will be booking this Hotel again.

Good little guest house

This was an ideal place for a one night stay whilst going to see Bellowhead at the Pavilions which is only a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast good with plenty of choice.

Generally, not a bad place. Could get a bit of modernisation. The room we stayed in was very small and we really struggled to move around, let alone get clothes out of the luggage. We liked breakfasts though, the breakfast area very nice and clean, and the place is dog friendly so overall if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the move, I suppose it doesn’t need to be a 5 star fancy hotel to enjoy your holiday.

Very much enjoyed our stay here, was booked abit last minute, but the staff were amazingly helpful when I rung to check about checking in as thought we might be late after going to watch a show at the theater. Pleasantly surprised to find out quite how close they were! Was happy to pay for their limited parking, knowing the car was somewhere safer than "on the road" was lovely. Staff were ever so friendly, lovely room, though no "views" due to hotel's location. But also located just a few minutes walk from Plymouth hoe, so lots of views to be had if you're ok with a short walk! Very good value for money too!

Superb

The Kynance was a great last minute booking. It had everything you needed and included a varied breakfast for the price. Customer service was above and beyond. Something was left in the room. I called and the staff sorted it straight away and sent it Special Delivery immediately and even covered the postage which was so kind. I definitely recommend. Thank you The Kynance

Plymouth No

Plymouth was incredibly busy for graduation so my normal hotel was not available, the Kynance was one of the only options I had. Friendly welcome and good staff but the dated interior struck me straightaway, nothing about it is inviting, including the walk to the room. The room was small, was on a slope, no care or attention to anything in the room. A cramped but efficient bathroom and shower. The mattress and pillows were very basic and not particularly comfortable. The best thing about it was I was only here for 1 night, whilst I appreciate the town was busy to charge over £100 for this experience was disgraceful, £40-£50 would be the maximum
