"I visited the resort to have a solo night of relaxation ahead of Mother’s Day. The room I stayed in had some kind of an ant infestation. I saw something moving and then looked down at the carpet and saw so many small ants and food crumbs under the sofa. There were make up stains throughout the bathroom and on the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom shower and bathroom floor. I first went down to the Bistro around 4 pm and was completely ignored by multiple hostesses. I eventually left and decided later that evening l would order takeout. I ordered the Chicken Picatta which was extremely disappointing- so bland and had a very gummy texture in the sauce. "

"Staff here is super friendly Paul at the front desk was the best front desk clerk you could ask for he’s personable, attentive and all around a great guy. The woman who runs the kitchen, Tracy was a wonderful, caring, and sweet lady. She made sure we had anything we needed and if she had it in the back she was more than happy to help us out."

"The room and bathroom were clean. Items I requested from the front desk were available. Would like to see more fruit options and either some type of oatmeal for breakfast."
