「This property is very, very tired. Franchise owner needs to do his PIP (property improvement plan) or Hyatt needs to remove this property. Web site pictures are from the property's grand opening - it doesn't look like this now. There are hints of how nice it once was, but those days are long gone with the least amount of money going to keep this property up and running. Water stains all over the lobby ceilings, worn carpet and furnishings and a parking lot from hell with cracks and...

「The hotel pool was closed.. with no warning when we booked or discount since it was. The breakfast was slim and once gone they did not restock even within the time for breakfast that they have posted. The laundry is also down with no warning about that. The elevator door was stuck open on main elevator so stairs were the only option. If this had been posted when I booked or discounted because of all the inconveniences, maybe. But we never would have booked there if we knew it was like this.」
