「At the time the elevators did not work. We had to use the service elevators. Despite that little problem the staff and the rooms were amazing. Every one from the breakfast staff helping you to the house keeping.every staff member we interacted with on the service elevator was so nice and helpful 」

「I really like to stay here every time that I come to work turnarounds by Port Arthur. It’s very clean, the housekeeping ladies are amazing, always making sure you have what you need. The front desk ladies are also very helpful. 」
