We had a great stay. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked out well for us. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but it did the job. Overall, it was the perfect place for us to stay while traveling up north. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has no elevator. It was not disclosed on the website. Furniture in the room are old and worn. Trash bags from previous guest was left in front of the door. I notified the manager (Maria) and she did not do anything about it. We stay for two nights and were not happy with the sight of the garbage being in the front of the room and ripped furniture. NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

Absolutely loved staying at Hyatt house. It was welcoming. It was clean. It was beautiful. The food is good there the nice little bar that they have the pool the cleanliness of the property the friendliness of the staff and the other people staying there. We’re just so welcoming and nice we didn’t have a great time coming into Pleasanton, but finding that hotel took a lot of stress and Relief off of our reason for being out there and I will absolutely be staying with you guys. If the time comes that I need to go back out to that city this is where I would stay. I also recommend it to anybody that’s looking for a place to stay. Hyatt house is the place to stay.

The location and building construction made for quiet rooms. The windows had blackout shades. The air conditioning was strong. We loved the flower-filled landscaping, courtyard pool, and peaceful fire pit area. Breakfast was hearty and hot!

Our room had no working air conditioning. The temperature inside was close to 85°F, and the windows didn't open, so there was no way to cool it down. I asked the front desk to move us to another room, but they said the hotel was fully booked. They also indicated they couldn't offer a refund. A technician came by and said the room would cool down in about an hour, but it never got any colder. When we followed up, we were told the technician was off for the day. We were left in a hot room with no solution. I wouldn't stay here again, and I don't recommend this place.
