"Love the adult only water park area. Room was clean and remodeled. Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the restaurant since they were ready to close but still took my group in and then did not provide a good service. Check-in process can take about an hour. It was my first time and had to get a passport card before accessing the water park tickets. Once tickets were received I still had to check it at the water park front desk and at the restaurant. This process could be smoother."
