「Very clean 」

「The room was clean but there was communication problems with the front desk and breakfast attendant. There is no hot tub at the hotel and they ran out of breakfast items 」

「The property and room were very clean. The staff was also very friendly.」

「The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! 」

「Rooms were clean the only negative about our stay was the sink in the bathroom drained extremely slow, a light bulb was out in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was very loose. Room 305. Hotel was clean and would stay here again for the price. 」

「The staff was very helpful when both the refrigerator and the television in the room they gave me were not working. The room and hotel itself are showing some wear and tear, especially the carpeting in the room. There were a couple of boxes elder bugs in the room as well both dead and alive. Complementary breakfast was about his bare bones as you could possibly get. Overall would not recommend.」

「In the middle of a remodel. Pull out couch broken, cot stained, carpet ripped. Supposed to be ADA mobility, but toilets are low, no handles for pulling self up, shower had showe bar on other side of shower, no way to golf on to get out safely. Had to buy own shower chair, handicap parking too far from entrance with uneven side walks. Staff very friendly and polite.」

「A wonderful suite. Friendly host. Moreover, dinner is served every Monday to Thursday.」

「My biggest issue is that there was no AC. Apparently when it’s cold outside they don’t have it on, only the warmer. So I had to sleep with it being 78 in my room. Not very comfortable.」
