The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. "The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided a tea on arrival and then showed us to our room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. It was perfectly located in downtown Amman, close to some of the highlights of the city. "
