"Staff are accommodating and helpful especially Kier and Ruperto. Room is clean and this time A/C has no water flooding and other issue. Only towels are kind of old. Over all, i give an excellent review. Thank you for giving me a pleasant stay there. "

"Staffs are very helpful and friendly. No restaurant at the building. Very annoying sounds from water pressure down the 3rd floor. Good thing I was moved to 6th floor. Happily did not add rate to my room. Accessible to transportation. Tv not good , saved by my laptop. Overall, you get what you pay for. I will come back again if the room is on the 6th floor. "

"Always a pleasure to return to this property, with its friendly and efficient staff. Its location cannof be beaten, "sandwiched" between the 2 entrances to SM Mall, a few steps from Limketkai Mall and easy walkable to Ayala Centrio Mall. Rooms are compact, just fine for those who will be out shopping or other activities and use the room just for sleeping. As usual we parked in the hotel garage and either walked or taxied to places around town, thereby avoiding traffic and issues finding parking."
