"Staff are super nice. The two resident alpacas were the best part of our stay. The owner personally gave us excellent recommendations on things to do. We’ll love to stay here again. "

"My girlfriend and I were breath-taken at this beautiful place, the architecture and hospitality was amazing. The front desk and staff are the sweetest and always there to help you in any need. What shocked me the most was the chef! We’ve tried every single dinner dish and all i can say is WOW! We loved every night staying here. Very peaceful and relaxing, this is a highly RECOMMENDED location. Thank you! "

"Lovely hotel, really enjoyed the quiet, calm setting at the foot of a steep mountain, with the sound of a stream rushing by and wonderful gardening including tons of flowers. Adding to the peace and quiet, the rooms are in separated cottages, with fireplaces, big comfy beds, good linens, and outdoor seating. Very tasteful, this is a family owned hotel where the details have been chosen with care, and it shows. Lorena, Julio and the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful, lit fires for us,...

"The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer. "

"This is a great place to relax and get acclimated to the high altitudes before going to Machupichuu or returning to Cusco. We stayed here for a night.
The food at the restaurant is not local peruvian cuisine, but is not something to miss bcause it was really delicious. They also have a bar where you can order some nice cocktails.
We had a short but wonderful stay here."

"This place had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The owner is often on site and I enjoyed visiting with him.
I stayed in the deluxe suite and loved it so much, I entended my stay, as well as got another room for my adult son.
The rooftop is beautiful and the drinks we’re great! A little noisy, but you’re in the city and I enjoyed the sounds.
I would stay here again one hundred times!"

"Unbeatable view!
It could get really cold at night and really hot in the day, you’d want to adjust your clothing accordingly.
Customer service was great! "
"Amazing hotel and incredibly friendly staff. Hotel is beautiful and is in the heart of Cusco's tourist district. Highly recommended and would stay here again."
"Overall love the location. The only issue was having so many bugs on our door and inside our room. We avoided to step outside the room to make sure we don’t get more inside. "
"The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The breakfast was tasty with lots of healthy options. Also, the service was courteous and helpful."
"We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"
"I cannot say enough about this wonderful five star resort. It’s a beautiful retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of Lima city. The staff went above and beyond! "
"This is the best among five different hotels at various locations (above 4-star-rated hotels) during a 16-day trip around Peru. My husband and I stayed two nights at Lizzy Wasi. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. We had a chance to talk with an owner "Lizzy" who is such a delightful lady, just like other staff members.
I am so glad my husband found this hotel, and we had a chance to rest in this peaceful and beautiful place. I am grateful to all staff members and Lizzy for their dedication to our guests.
Thank you, Lizzy. "
