The property needs to be better take off, the lock of my room didn't work, since it was lose, this happend to me twice, they where very friendly and fix it but still is an inconvinience, the tv didn't work in the whole hotel due to lack of signal. The bathroom light one was out. The Hotel is nice but the needs to be taken care. The breakfast buffet was very poor, the bread was so hard that It looks like it was heated for to long. The juice was good, the eggs ok, in general for a hotel that is on the beach and is supposed to be the best the food in the breakfas was not good.

This was very disappointing! The place is overpriced considering that there is not entertainment at all. The place is extremely overpriced. Consider other options since this place does lack of amenities and adult entertainment.

Había leído buenos comentarios y espera más, no solo de la comida (cara para la calidad y poca variedad) y en general del establecimiento. Áreas comunales merecen mejor mantenimiento y pintura y más que nada una supervisión del personal encargado. El personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. La habitación cómoda y limpia, excepto la cortina de la ventana principal. Por el precio alto de la habitación uno espero algo MEJOR

Extremely dissatisfied- stay away!

Upon arrival, the front desk clearly checked if we had booked with Hotels.com and then proceeded to give us the worst room possible: peeling headboard, no chair to sit on, two bath towels for 3 people and no hand towels.....the food was inedible. We eventually did change rooms after quite a hassle with no compensation or recognition of their error in assigning us such a terrible room. The beach all around is dirty and the sea, although beautiful, is far too dangerous to swim in. Overall, we were extremely disappointed in this this location and hotel for the very expensive cost (almost $900 CDN for 2 nights and food). Would not reccommend this place at all.

Un lugar comfortable y con excelente atención

Mis hijos y yo la pasamos muy bien y muy consentidos. La habitacion doble es grande y el baño amplio, las instalaciones estan diseñadas para el descanso y la diversion de niños y mayores.
