「Excelente servicio y demasiada amabilidad」

「Great stay for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach, Oxxo, good tacos & a nice coffee shop across the street. About a 10 minute drive to the Malecon. Went with my family & it was perfect for us. The staff was friendly, spoke English & gave us great recommendations. Hotel was clean, AC worked well, staff was attentive. Very pleased with my stay. Will definitely save this hotel for future stays.」

My problem was when I made the reservation, at my end on your reservation page it showed the dates I requested, I have pictures, my request was from 08/05/26-08/06/26, but I the day prior to my arrival, I got an email, from your company, asking me how was my experience. 「I liked the pool area. It has a beautiful view to the harbor. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff at the entrance and at the spa were exceptionally nice. I didn’t get the same feel for the restaurant staff, although they were helpful. What I didn’t like was that our room had plumbing issues. 「I thank God for this place. I needed to be close to a government office for early morning check out. Staf was super helpful. The place is quaint and rustic which I appreciated close to port and lots to do walking distance great music and live singer down the street. Balcony to the street was great pillows were the best. Brand new tub big one that a very big girl like me appreciated.」

「Very cozy and clean. Staff was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and surrounding tourist spots. Its in the middle of everything and it has its own parking lot. I would recommend it always, no complaints at all.」
