「The on-site staff were wonderful. But the room was not ready at check in time. It smelled like dogs. There was black mold on the bed. Super loud traffic noise all night. 」

「Place was very nice and well located. 10 min walk to the Ballena National Park entrance. It was very warm and no fan strong enough to keep windows opened so we had to use air conditioning and leave curtains closed. So we did no feel like staying very long inside. No private exterior area to Relax but there was a great common area with deep pool ! I do recommand if the only thing you need is sleep and shower. 」

Google Maps showed us where it was but we didn't believe it at first since there were no signs. But once we found it, someone was right there the open the gate for us and let us check in several...
