The lady who met us to check us in had great communication throughout our stay. The room we hired was small and had a linked door to the main apartment which we didnt like and so she came back the next day and offered us a studio with a small kitchenette. (Which we paid the difference) Good location only 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue. Small things could improve - 1. No iron in small apartment 2. Wifi password wasn't correct and had to message to get it 3. Coffee machine available but no mugs in room 4. Limited hot water in shower, only lasts a few minutes.
