Je reviens , c'est sur! Vraiment bel endroit, au gout du jour et l'emplacement est parfait. Seul bémol est sur la rigueur du ménage. Oui il était fait à tous les jours cependant n'était pas très minutieux. Exemple : Tache de sang sèche sur la tête de lit, trace de doigt sur le microonde ( chose que je n'ai pas utilisé)

Es un lugar excelente, el personal es atento, las instalaciones son muy modernas y limpias. El lugar está bastante bien situado y es de fácil acceso para moverse a diferentes puntos turísticos.

Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, el personal es muy amable y atento, siempre resolviendo dudas y apoyando en todo lo posible a los huéspedes. Las instalaciones son modernas y lindas muy cerca de la 5ta avenida y del transporte. El Sr George siempre amable y disponible para apoyar.

Rooms look like the pictures. Nice distance from 5th Ave - short walk to get there but far enough from the noise. Nice rooftop pool with daybeds and cushioned loungers but no bar or restaurant. My only issue was the thin walls but I plan to stay here again because the value for the price is so good!

Great location, restaurants, groceries stores around. 5th av. and beach are not far. Roof patio with the pools are nice! Downside is the noise, loud noise from door closing. And several units have connectable door and you hear everything from the other unit. Service and personals are good.

En el momento del check inn me solicitaron forma de pago, (mi reserva ya estaba pagada) la persona de la noche me dio acceso mencionando que él tenía la indicación de solicitar el pago. En la mañana me volvieron a solicitar el pago… Hasta que un chico se percató que ya estaban pagada… Solo falta un poco de comunicación en recepción, ya que el de seguridad mencionó no tener acceso a sistema. El resto ok!

Tuvimos muchos problemas con el sanitario, tanto asi que el inodoro se desbordo, dejando salir cantidad de cosas ya se imaginaran, lo cual reporte desde que inice haciendo caso omiso a ello, ya por ultimo me cambiaron a una habitacion de menor rango que la que yo habia tenido y todavia un secretario (uno al que le cuesta gesticular o tiene problemas mandibulares) que tienen ahi de mala gana me dijo si ya sabiamos que una familia americana cochina dejo tapado ese baño!! Por que ellos estan acostumbrados asi, de ahi todo bonito! Jaja saludos chequen bien antes de recibir su loft hab 306!! No se que se inunden como me paso ya saben con agua de que!

This hotel is an easy 10 min walk to Quinta Avenida where all the action is. However, if you have a vehicle, be aware that there is no on site parking and the street parking is pay parking with coins only. From 10am to 10pm. 10 pesos per hour. I ran out of coins with only a few hours left before leaving to head to the airport and I came out to the surprise of a boot being placed on my car. So that was a 600 peso hiccup. There is also new building construction across the street that is quite noisy from around 8am-8pm. On the bright side, the mattress was the most comfortable of all the places I stayed in Playa and Tulum this trip.

Pros: 1) VERY friendly staff 2) Cleaning staff were AMAZING 3) Convenient location 4) Budget friendly 5) Rooftop pool (Very nice pool, only con is it had a LITTLE bit of algae) Cons: 1) NOISE, everything echoes in the building, drunk people arriving at 2-4AM in the LOBBY will wake you up even on the 5th floor. The noise just gets louder as they make their way to their rooms, then you can hear them vomiting from their habitation one floor away. (After the second night of this I had to complain to staff as they didn't seem to do anything about it). | Random construction work during the day (inside the building) several days in a row echoes through the building also so was unable to relax. 2) ANTS, be very careful and do not leave any food on the counters. My partner and I had a snack while watching a movie, about an hour later I went to get water and there was a swarm of ants covering the counter/plate. Another time we were laying in bed and I found a couple ants crawling on my chest. 3) Plumbing issues in building, our toilet wouldn't flush one day. Another day I went to check on my mother in law because I heard banging, there was a 2x2 foot section of wall cut out from outside her room and a worker was in her bathroom fixing an issue with the plumbing.

Muy mala atencion de todo el personal. Se metieron a robar a la habitación,(llevandose pertenecias de valor , hasta articulos personales comon ropa)habitación a un lado del lobby, ya tienen varios reportes de este tipo ante la fiscalia del estado y no hacen nada. No te avisan de la situacion. No me quisieron responder por nada, nadie quiere dar la cara, el personal muy grosero. Me llevo una decepción de la situación, el personal del edificio asi como la supuesta administración, no te ayudan y apoyan en lo absoluto. Asi como Expedia no me hace respaldo de nada.

Nicely located. Note that it only has paid street parking. I saw a guest get a ticket and boot on his car, so be sure to feed the meter! The pool is awesome. The day staff is friendly and helpful. The night staff is…not. Best thing about it is the rooftop pool.
