We had a wonderful experience at H10 Cancun! The resort is clean, modern, and perfectly located on a stunning beachfront. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful ocean view, comfortable bed, and a great rain shower. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The food was great — a mix of buffet and à la carte restaurants, and we especially enjoyed the Mexican and Asian options. Drinks were strong, service was quick, and the beach bar was a nice bonus. The main infinity pool has amazing views and a great atmosphere, and there's also a quieter adult-only section if you want to relax. What really stood out was the service — and we want to give a special shout-out to Manuel, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, activity info, or just checking in to make sure we were doing okay, he made our trip extra special. Thank you, Manuel!

Overall good property and options. Little disappointed about kid options: water park is very small and feasible for older kids, bowling/arcades for extra charge. I would say descent property with options. The thing that stand is stand out for me is the amount of animals on the property which I truly enjoyed.

The rooms were clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff, Route 66, and the Café staff were terrific. We did not go to the beach because of the seaweed. There are many restaurants, but booking a reservation is quite inconvenient. We visited Route 66 twice, and the buffet offered a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we were hit with a stomach bug on our second day, so we didn't get to try many of the foods. The worst part was being consistently approached by promoters of various tours and services throughout the resort. They were coming to the pool, they were in the lobby, they were outside the buffet, and they were leaving pamphlets outside the rooms.

We were three adults and two kids (ages 8 and 9). The resort is large, clean, and family-friendly. Rooms were spacious, very clean, with good AC and showers. The grounds are well maintained. There’s a fun water playground, and the kids enjoyed daily activities like bracelet-making, piñatas, bingo, and mini parties. There are multiple pools, but the beach was not usable—full of seaweed and poorly maintained. If beach access is important, I’d avoid this resort from May to September. Buffet was small and repetitive, with no self-serve drinks—you often finish your meal before water or juice arrives. À la carte restaurants require early in-person or online reservations. Despite being all-inclusive, some menu items have an extra charge. Evening shows were entertaining. Most staff were friendly and professional, though some (especially at the bars) were less welcoming and seemed bothered by requests. The hotel does not provide airport transportation. We booked Happy Shuttle Cancun, and they were on time, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend using private transportation for convenience. Overall, I’d rate the resort 7/10. Great for families with young kids, but if you’re traveling without children and want a more relaxing or upscale experience, I’d recommend considering another resort.

Overall the stay was good. The food was good and the buildings were nice. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the policy for the chairs by the pools. People would place their towels at 6am and by the time 9 am rolled around there were no chairs. People would go eat or go back to their rooms for a break, but their towels remained on the chair and people who actually wanted to be in the pool could not place there items anywhere. Also, the constant urge from the privilege employees at or near the lobby to take a tour of that side of the resort. Luckily we just said no thank you, but after the 3rd day it started getting annoying. I do like the activities for the children and the waterpark. Also the staff at the bar and restaurants are super friendly!

I absolutely loved the service and staff here. We upgraded to Privilege status and it was well worth it. What’s nice about this property is it’s smaller and more intimate. You could get around easily and felt very safe. The food was better than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to. And the location is great for a lot of the popular tourist areas like XPlor and XCaret. We really loved our stay.

La habitación no le dan mantenimiento a los muebles (habitación 1417). Prácticamente solo usamos las piscinas, pues, la playa un desastre, tuvimos que pagar más de $200 dólares para "disfrutar" unas pocas horas, el viaje fue de 2 horas. Deben de poner más transporte interno y no hacer tantas divisiones de jerarquía.
