Dear HEIKO GOETZE! Writing twice under diferent aliases shows again that you did break the house rules and you do not play fairly. The fact is that if it rains,the non-smoking policy applies to everyone even during rain, sunshine, snow, earthquake. We do lot of efforts to keep our property clean, healthy and safe. The fact that you were notified after smoking the first cigarette inside the hotel that is a non-smoking property is not rudeness. Please check the meaning of the word "rude" before you use it. After the third cigarette we did notify you again. You just simply do not respect the rules. Period. After it you decided to leave the property by your own will. I don't see the point ruining our business by posting multiple bad reviews. Just for the record: You booked a room and not owners. I am sorry for you. But thank you for your help and correspondence, we just gained even more clients by giving us a positive publicity confirming that we do our best for our clients' wellbeing. Dear Heiko, Thank you for your review, however our point of view is different. The property is a NON SMOKING property and it is clearly indicated at the Expedia websites. Hence you did smoke inside the room without even asking. After calling your attention to this detail, you were protesting that because of the rain you do not want to go out for smoking. We had to call your attention again. However you were insulted of the fact why the owners tell you not to smoke in a non-smoking property. Violating the house rules, not respecting other clients nor the upcoming guests who has to ocupy the room after you being the room full of smoke is not the way how Nomad Deluxe works. And to see how polite and gentle we were we did not even charge you the aditional cleaning cost! You are always welcome in our house, as you did like it based on your previous review, but sorry we will never allow you to smoke inside the property. You - as a renter in the same business - should know how important it is to keep the house rules by everyone.
