Excelente para pasar la noche el chavo de la recepción súper amable, eso sí en la noche mucho ruido por que obvio es la 5ta avenida pero para dormir bien y más si vas a bucear está genial llegas tan cansado que duermes, solo falta un poco de mantenimiento

Solo fue hospedaje para uno,el lugar tenía cabello en la cama y la regadera, la toalla de baño realmente vieja y con hoyos,no me sentí segura ya que el lugar tenía una gran puerta de cristal con acceso a un balcón compartido y ese segurito no me permitió dormir tranquila,al igual que la chapa muy sencilla de recamara con la contaba la habitación y por otra parte en la mañana cuando salí no tenía claro donde dejar la lleve ya que no hay nadie a esa hora,encontré un buzón donde supuse debía poner la llave y después cuando quise salir la puerta de la entrada tenía llave,supuse que era la segunda llave en el llavero que me entregaron sin embargo no me lo mencionaron al entregarme la,ni está señalado en algún letrero que primero hay que abrir la puerta antes de devolver las llaves,por suerte casi inmediatamente bajo otro huesped que estuvo apunto de hacer exactamente lo mismo,apenas alcancé a decirle que no soltará la llave dentro del buzón

We booked a family suite as it was 2 adults and one child as Expedia says 16 years old is still a child. When we came to book in the female told us she was not a child and it’s only a room for 2 people. I don’t know if it is a screw up with Expedia or them but it was not as I was trying to make them lose money, I paid for the extra person and pictures on the site showed 2 beds.She was very rude to us kept telling me no. Eventually she rolled her eyes and just handed me the keys. One of us had to sleep on the floor. The male at reception was very nice though. Always greeted us and lots of smiles. The room was great, hot water lots of water pressure and very clean. Great view of 5th ave and only noisy till about 11:45 from nearby bars. I would only book this as 2 people per room to avoid the bad experience checking in because this was actually a lovely place to stay.

No deberían de aceptar esta clase de hospedajes en la plataforma, muy mal todo, uno seguía por las fotos y resulta todo lo contrario sucio, viejo, mal mantenimiento, más de una hora buscando al de recepción para que nos diera las llaves animales en el cuarto, creo que ha sido por mucho la por experiencia de hospedaje en mi vida

No me dieron check-in ya que no había nadie en recepción y me cobraron solo por reservar qué hubiera pasado si hubiera reservado más días y al parecer no me lo van a reembolsar hablé con el dueño del negocio y ya no me respondió me pedí de favor que cancelara mi reservación ya que no se encontraban ellos entonces ahora quién me va a pagar. En general es eso prácticamente llegué al establecimiento y no había nadie en recepción para darme checkin le intenté llamé muchas veces y no me respondía después de una hora ya que yo ya estaba en otro hotel espero que puedan resolver este aunque sea un comentario deseo que me regrese dinero por favor.
