「Liked everything about this hotel. Very clean and well equipped. Very good value for money Complimentary breakfast is most welcome. Only downside is that it is cooked and eaten at the hotel cafe next door, which is very nice but as it is open to the general public there can be a wait if busy.」

「Fantastic hotel will be returning next year」

「Lovely hotel in the center of Cartagena.」

「The people at the front desk was amazing」

「Customer service and communication were excellent, and the staff were really friendly. The location was fantastic and parking was conveniently close and good value. The apartment itself was nice but needed a deep clean. We planned to use the washing machine, but it had a strong unpleasant odour, and there was mould inside the rim and the detergent drawer. There was also mould around a couple of the air conditioning vents. A shelf in the main bedroom wardrobe was damaged, so we didn't use it in...

「早餐很丰盛，不过都是冷菜。」

「Parfait, je reviendrai sans problème.」

「It's a nice, clean basic hotel close to the town centre. It's also good value」

「Lo unico que hace frio en el apartamento y no encontramos mas chamaras para cubrirnos.」

「Great apartment, two big rooms, a big living room with three large balconies. Large kitchen with a backyard. Amazing place. Highly recommend.」

「房间有些老对不上四星的标准，地理位置不错，有个免费的会议小区域，可以喝咖啡和下午茶」

「Apartamento espectacular en pleno centro de Cartagena」

「Just as advertised - very clean, very well-equipped and light. 2 cute bathrooms, 2 small bedrooms. Delicious bakery just downstairs. Very centrally located. If you need parking, you will have to drive around a bit to find a spot or an open garage. Other than that, it was a short stay but it was great.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!」

「It's a very nice studio apartment with everything I needed. Location is good, plenty of available motorbike parking within 100m (I found a dedicated, unrestricted, free, motorbike parking area about 40m-50m from the apartment). The only problem was the "self check-in" and "self access" systems. They're not very good. The system can't read passports so you have to enter your info manually and the access code system isn't intuitive. Once you figure it out it's easy, but like many "tech systems",...

「Personnel aimable. Chambre propre avec serviettes de toilette. Le plus : la petite cuisine commune et la piscine. Le moins: avoir un ronfleur dans la chambre en face ! 😁. Mais l'ensemble est très correct. Je recommande.」
